This was made for a specific spot in the client’s new home, halfway up a tall, open stairwell. It would mostly be seen from both the base and the top of the stairs, rather than straight on, so needed to be composed accordingly. The couple each had their favourite blues – one cool, one warm, so all in all it was a challenging and exciting project to fulfil.
